Our Will Writers are members of the Society of Will Writers and will ensure that all aspects of your personal finances and family needs are considered when preparing your will. This can be particularly important when you have a more complicated family structure such as children from previous relationships.
Single Will
A single Will is written with advice for £200
Pair of Wills
A pair of Wills suitable for a couple is written with advice for £250
Protective Property Trust
An additional charge of £250 per property per Will or pair of Wills is payable to include this feature within your Will or pair of Wills.
Severance of Joint Tenancy
A charge of £54 per property is made to lodge the notice with HM Land Registry
Home Visits
Home visits within the MK post code area are free of charge. For all other post code areas the charge will be agreed before we attend. There is no cost if you are seen at our Milton Keynes office.
Will Storage
Starting from £20 per year per Will details available on request.
Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)
A charge of £249 is raised for each type of LPA produced.
Before the LPA can be used it has to be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian, a charge of £82 is paid direct to the OPG per LPA registered.
Amendments
Should a Will need to be updated or amended please contact us for details of the fee payable.

TJ Wills is a proud supporter of Willen Hospice Based in Milton Keynes this registered charity provides specialist care for people whose illness no longer responds to curative treatment.
Their services are provided 24 hours a day without any cost to the patient or their families. TJ Wills will make a donation from all Wills sold to this charity.
